Positive: Checkin 2 hours before official time. The villa is huge with 3 floors and 3 bedrooms suitable for a big family or group of friends. For 2 people it's really big. You can choose any floor you want to stay. The caretaker of the villa is very accommodating and helpful. There is big kitchen and complete utensils for cooking and eating, so you can cook nice lunch/dinner. Big area for the parking inside. Security cameras are around the villa. Surrounding area is very safe and calm. You can freely wash your clothes ot the third floor and ot dries very fast. 10 minutes walk to boat ride to 100 islands.

Negative: No water in toilet sink. Shower is attached close to the WC without curtains. Drainage for the shower is not good. Applicable for the shower/toilet on the first floor.

Positive: It was really nice. The only thing is we lost water once in a while. The staff was very accommodating and very amiable to be with. Helped us with our breakfast, lunch and everything you can think of. I’ll recommend this place to my relatives n friends. Hope to see her again someday.

Positive: The host helped us with check-in and show us the place.- is a small village with some facilities in the surroundings and the closest city is about 15-20 min. driving. You will find a good equipped house (amenities, kitchen utensils, etc). Kuya Augusto was really helpful guiding us and giving advices about to do.- he actually made the boat booking for our hundred island hop.

Negative: Some noise outside the house coming from some roster.- not a big problem according to our experience as long as you close the doors/windows. We were 8 pax and everybody slept well.

Summary: I would recommend the place if your a looking for a quiet, calm stay but in the meantime a short way to hundred island.

Positive: We had an excellent experience staying at Casa de Flores for a 3-day weekend. It’s perfect for our family and I highly recommend this place. 1) Safety is our number one concern. It’s gated and Augusto locked the gate at night and he’s there to watch it when we’re out. He said that he knows everyone in the community. 2) Privacy is a bonus. Only my family occupied the entire compound during our stay. 3) Six toilets (4 have showers) really helped. 4) Large dining room and kitchen with fridge, stove, utensils, plates, pots, rice cooker, etc. We cooked our own meals sometimes. 5) Isolation helped me manage 10 nieces and nephews (Gen Z and millennials). I instructed our driver not to drive anyone without my approval, especially at night. There are no bars nearby, so we basically hangout inside (no troubles). 6) Augusto kept the whole place clean. 7) Easy access to Bolo Beach (3-minute walk) and a huge cottage with Karaoke. 8) Augusto and Franklin helped us avoid the big crowds in Lucap Wharf by getting the large boat directly from Bolo Beach, so we could tour the 100 Islands easily and early (6 AM). 9) Franklin was our tour guide provided by Casa de Flores. He knew where to go first (rent snorkeling gears), best views on top, zip lining, helmeting, banana boat rides, kayaking, best spots for snorkeling, access to a white beach in Romulo Island, where to eat, etc. We were first in line for most of these activities because Franklin had the skills to get us there at the appropriate times. 10) Augusto and Franklin helped us buy fresh fish, fresh coconuts, mangoes, etc. To Augusto and Franklin, we greatly appreciate all your help and for making our 3-day weekend memorable.

Summary: Secure, private, clean, nice and overall excellent place to stay.

Negative: There wasn't any A/C for the main rooms of the house, only in the Bedrooms. Woke up to zero water pressure and could not flush the toilets. The pressure eventually came back after the caretaker made adjustments.
