Positive: Lovely property. Nice views to the lake. Good place to explore the coast from. We enjoyed the bbq and seeing all the nearby animals (cows, ponies, dogs, chickens and ducks)

Negative: Downstairs bedroom does not benefit from the air con at all and was very hot. The surrounding area is undergoing change so some is being actively developed whilst other bits are wasteland
