Positive: Our family (two adults and two children) stayed at this hotel from August 15th to August 19th. We were given a room that was much larger than we had expected, which delighted us immensely. The room was simply fit for royalty: 2 bedrooms, a living room, a shower, a toilet, a refrigerator, two balconies, 3 air conditioners, and windows facing different directions on the very top floor. The view of the pools from the balcony was just incredible!!!! The face of the hotel is the reception, which has the wonderful Ece of incredible beauty, who is always ready to answer any question and help if there are problems, Mustafa, who speaks excellent Russian and Gul. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. An excellent housekeeper who, like a magician, enters the room when you're not there and creates beauty and cleanliness. She never disturbs you when you are in the room. How she guesses when we're out is a mystery! A wonderful woman! The restaurant is simply a fairy tale: a buffet with many delicious dishes, a cozy interior. There is a bar where you can order delicious drinks from the cheerful Joseph. And the person who really won our hearts is Yavuz, a restaurant employee. An incredibly kind, attentive, and caring guy. He's like Superman, seeing any need of the guests even before they voice it. He always finds the best table, chats kindly, and charges you with a good mood for the whole day! Good luck in everything, Yavuz😊! Thank you for the mini Turkish language lesson! We wish luck and success to all the hotel staff. You are awesome! The best of the best! We will definitely come back to you! The hotel doesn't have its own parking; all spots are on the street. It has its own beach, but we preferred to go to the public one. We love the open sea.

Positive: The hotel is being renovated and upgraded all the time, so the standard is growing. The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially the lady at the reception - Ace(?) and one guy in the restaurant who is smiling all the time :D ). A shuttle to the beach is a nice advantage. Quite an ok breakfast. We've got a bigger room that we reserved. Good location - close to restaurants and pubs.
Negative: In the whole restaurant, smoking is allowed - that's not a good standard. Free parking is outside the hotel on the street. And our car was scratched. There is no information in the room on how to connect to the Wi-Fi.
