Positive: The location was excellent. I loved the layout. Loved the kitchen and large island. There were multiple beds, and that was great. We look forward to staying here again when we come back yo the island.
Negative: . The other bedroom has NO FAN. I honestly believe you'd save money if you put a fan in there to help from turning the air conditioner down to compensate for no moving air.

Positive: very clean and well kept, modern decoration yet very welcoming
Negative: I did NOT like the late check in time (4pm). we had to wait around because we couldn’t go anywhere with all of our belongings in the vehicles. We could “clearly” tell no one was at the house cleaning or doing else, in other words it was ready. Most of the day was wasted just waiting.
Summary: Over all comfortable, nice and clean place to stay.
