5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home with playroom and game room . The home is conveniently located in a quiet area close the several marinas and boat launches. Privacy fence encloses the back side of the home and also has huge bamboo on two sides for added privacy. This home offers 3 king size beds, a queen size and a full size and also has a queen size sofa sleeper in the bonus room. The play room has 2 “Cordaroys” bean bag chairs that open up to full size mattresses and 2 oversized chairs that pull out to make twin size beds that are great for kids to sleep on.There is also a queen size inflatable mattress at the home if it’s needed. If all beds are used the home can sleep 18 people.

Summary: What can't I say about this property?! Key areas of awesomeness: 1. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, from dishes to pots and pans and even tupperware for leftovers! 2. The beds were super comfortable and showers never ran out of hot water - even with multiple people showering at the same time in all three full bathrooms. 3. The rec room and extra fridge in there were perfect for storing beverages and ice so we didn't have to constantly run back and forth from the kitchen. 4. THE POOL! A saltwater pool with seats in 3 out of 4 "corners" perfect for watching the kiddos jump off the diving board and do other fun tricks. I think we spent most of our days in the pool, which feels like an oasis even in the middle of a residential neighborhood! We will definitely be back next time we make a trip down to Mountain Home! There's a Dollar General about 5 minutes away, Walmart 10 minutes away, and super close to marinas! (We rented Pontoons from Buzzard Roost Boat Dock for a fun day on the lake!) You won't regret staying here!

Summary: This was our second time to stay at this location and we were just as thrilled the second time. The rec room added to our entertainment. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. We will be staying there again next year!

Summary: What a great week! The house was perfect for our combination of adults, teenagers, and children. We enjoyed the pool and the game room while at the house, and were only about a mile from the marina. The property manager answered any questions very promptly. We hope to return next summer!

Summary: We had a great time at the DeBeers house! This was the perfect space to rent with teenagers! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fun game room. Everyone had something to do at all times during our stay. Location was close to marinas and restaurants. We would love to stay there again.

Summary: This house was great for our large family vacation. Having a pool was key for keeping everyone happy. The game room was also great to stay entertained in the evening. Quick drive to panther bay marina if you are bringing a boat. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: This property has something for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised by the game room! Everything was very clean. The house is furnished very well, good quality fixtures throughout. Located in a very quiet neighborhood near several boat ramps/marinas. Definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Our stay was enjoyable and the home perfect for a family vacation. Minutes from Lake Norfolk, we spent a day on the lake, drove 30 minutes for trout fishing on the river and an afternoon hiking on David's Trail. The home provided plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool, hut tub and game room. Spent most evenings playing board games and cards. The owner was super responsive and made us feel at home. Great start to summer!

Summary: They have clearly put in a lot if work to make this family friendly. The kids loved every part and easy access to 101 boat dock. The pool was great with full supplies. We had a great visit.
