Positive: Helpful communication with the host, Stella, beforehand and on arrival she met us with a warm welcome. Very comfortable accommodation. Great bed, sofas, and large balcony which we enjoyed relaxing on. We loved the 'retro' design of the apartment which was beautifully clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful time in Sperlonga and this was a lovely place to return to at the end of the day.

Negative: Nothing - everything was great. Thank you Stella :-)

Positive: Good location and nice appartement. The rooms were spacious and the terrace was excellent. Our hostess was also very helpful in giving us tips on things to see and do and also to help get taxi from the train station to the appartement.

Positive: It is a lovely slightly old fashioned property. The host was amazing and even got us a kettle when we realised there was not one. Close to the beach and the restaurants. Only a short walk to the old town.

Positive: We spent four wonderful days at the Casa dei miei in Sperlonga and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and featured a stunning view of the sea from the balcony. It was fully equipped with everything we needed — a well-stocked kitchen, two spacious bathrooms with shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer, and a laundry area complete with detergent. The two large bedrooms offered plenty of storage, and the location was perfect: just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, and great restaurants. The true highlight of our stay was our host, Stella. From the moment she greeted us at the apartment, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk us through the area, pointing out key spots on a map and following up with detailed suggestions tailored to our stay. Throughout the trip, she remained easily reachable for tips on where to eat, what to do, and even how to navigate the local bus system to the train station. She was there again to see us off, sharing more thoughtful recommendations for our next visit. We’re already dreaming of coming back to this beautiful place!

Positive: Great place! Nice location, very close to the beach, and good restaurants. The host - Stella and her husband are super helpful and very nice people to deal with. The apartment has a character, and is really large and has parking which is very convenient. We will definitely return.

Negative: This is very subjective, but the beds in the master bedroom were on the soft side, while the single ones were very very hard.

Summary: Great place, highly recommend.
