GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Summary: This house was awesome! Wasn’t cluttered with furniture and was open and clean! We preferred the location , as was minutes from the beach yet not next to any busy streets … very quiet! Had everything we needed!!

Summary: House was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Only small issue was very minimal amount of trash bags and bath soap. Staffing company was quick to respond and delivered extra trash bags when asked. Overall a wonderful stay and will return as soon as possible 👍👍

Summary: This house is a great option for family- plenty of space, nice kitchen to cook in. Quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac so it’s not busy like other areas. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: First off, NO HOT WATER during our 3 night stay. The maintenance person "reset" the Water Heater and didn't even check to see if it was fixed. Something tells me they knew the water heater was faulty. Secondly, one of the water valves in one of the toilets was bad and subsequently the water tank wouldn't flush and water ran constantly. They did fix that, but came in unannounced and woke up several family members by letting themselves in without a courtesy call. Third, the master bed mattress was horrible and unpleasant to sleep on as another review stated. The front door curtain hanger was broken as was a part of a window blind in the living area. The only real positive note was that the place was clean. Disappointing stay.

Summary: First off the coffee pot had old filter with old coffee grounds in it, the dish drainer was in the sink went to move to do dishes and there was black mold an slim under it The bar stool was broken, the curtain rods were broken. There was no can opener. We stayed 7 nights and got 2 trash bags. There's not enough seating for 7 people so several had to sit on floor and the TV shows the same shows over and over. Good thing we brought a Playstation and movies. And no water hose down stairs to rinse off before going in house . And my husband and i could not sleep, the master bed was horrible! For the price per night and cleaning fee I would not stay again. My family lives there so u go three or four times a year and i was very disappointed!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well-equipped, pretty well maintained, and very comfortable (the throw pillow to couch ratio was high, which I appreciate). Stayed nice and cool and loved being able to park underneath out of the sun. We rented a golf cart to get back & forth to the beach (10/10 recommend) and the property managers were nice enough to recommend a few options for that. It was less than 5min from the beach entrance and about the same to all the restaurants and shops. Check-in and out were very easy and they were very helpful when we had some trouble with the front door lock (100% user error). Recommend!

Summary: We came over for a quick trip to look at a boat to purchase. After a 13 hour long drive it was nice to arrive a clean, cool house. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, we were easily able to park our 40’ long boat trailer beneath the house. The house was tidy, the ac works really well, albeit a little noisy, I’ll take noise over being hot. We had everything we needed while there, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. If we ever come back, I will definitely book again!

Summary: Listing as described. Nicely stocked kitchen. I brought my own stuff because several places I have stayed at say they have a fully stocked kitchen and then you arrive and they don't. This house DID have a fully stocked kitchen. Sheets and blankets looked clean. House looked clean. There was board games in the living room entertainment stand which I don't recall seeing listed which was nice. Other places in Port A we are literally attacked by swarms of mosquitoes. We specifically looked for a house that would not have standing water in a ditch or canal, and this one proved to be very nice with only a small amount, normal expectations, of mosquitoes. Definitely only starter toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags and dish soap and hand soap and NO laundry soap. We came prepared as we read all the listing noted. So be sure you do follow them and pack accordingly. A roach or two ran across the floor but it was minimal and didn't seem to be anything out of control. For property management I would just say FYI and keep on that pest control. Easy check in and check out. Love it. Less hassle on both ends. Also, the property management was very accommodating to our early check in request and it was much appreciated! The only big thing I can say is this property did NOT have an outside hose spigot which made coming back from the beach not so clean. Would have loved the convenience of a hose to rinse off our shoes, legs, etc. But no hose. No spigot. Another thing to double check with property management about is the ability to swim at the community pool without paying. The listing says we can and they even told me on the phone. But everyone at the community pool seems to not agree. They let us in, both times we visited, but we did have to discuss it in depth with the workers their. So if you want this added bonus be sure property management clears it up with the staff at the pool. I did message management but got no response. Other than that it was great overall. Great neighbors all around the street. Would recommend and would stay again.
