Positive: My husband and I and our best friends who are a married couple stayed for a week. If I could give this host and property more than 5 stars, I would. Laura, our host, was absolutely charming. She took care of every detail and if we needed anything, all we had to do was text her. The house itself is very pretty and totally comfortable. The beds are great, and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom on two separate floors. The showers and bathrooms are great, and the house is very clean. The town itself is wonderful - magnificent views, wonderful restaurants and coffee shops and wine. The living room/dining room and kitchen were terrific. Laura provided many staples, including breakfast, pastries, fruit, coffee tea and milk and juice and cereal- also delicious homemade jam and honey (made by Laura). There is a coop at the foot of the town where we were able to buy groceries so we cooked dinner on several nights. Laura and her husband went out of their way to help us - including helping us with our bags when we first arrived, and providing extras. By the time we left, it felt like family. This host and property is one of the best that I have ever stayed at. Loved every minute of it! The location of the town is perfect for visiting Tuscany, only about 25 minutes to Pienza and 10 minutes to Montepulciano. The whole area is fabulous for wine tasting, spas, and historic churches and art.
Negative: There was nothing that could have been improved. Just wished we had been able to stay in Tuscany at this house longer!

Positive: Laura's house is so beautiful. Really tastefully decorated and very spacious. It's in a lovely area in the historic centre of the town and is peaceful and quiet. The views of the countryside from the main bedroom window are spectacular! The area is wonderful. There are some excellent restaurants nearby and a close by well-stocked supermarket. Be aware that the house is in a historic hilly area with old steps in the alleyways. Laura and Massimo are wonderful hosts. Really friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Positive: Laura’s house is like herself - worm and welcoming! We’ve enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful traditional house and very nice little town perfectly positioned for exploring Val d’Orcia. The house has everything you need for comfortable family stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and inspiring for cooking :) Beds are comfy and after a good sleep you can take a morning glance of a beautiful surrounding through the upper bedroom window. Laura is one special lady, the best host we have ever had and we are happy to be her guests again!

Positive: Laura and Massimo are the best hosts. So lovely and helpful. Laura came to pick us up in her car from the parking to drive us and the bags to the house which is beautifully located in the Centro Storico. The house is so sweet, clean and comfortable! It is taken care of in every little detail. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the view from the main room amazing, the kitchen fully equipped. And Laura left some tasty local treats for us. Massimo picked us up once from the supermarket because it was raining. Wish we could stay longer.

Positive: cosy house in a heart of a historic town. Flat tastefully furnished. Very nice host Ms Laura awaiting us in order to help us to get our stuff from parking place to the house. I would definitively come again. Grocery shop and swimming pool in a walking distance.

Positive: Laura and Massimo offered to drive us the short distance from the designated parking (for our rental car) to the house on arrival, as well as on subsequent days. We just walked. They provided excellent coffee, homemade/local preserves, olive oil, honey, fruit, crackers and other local goodies for free, as well as info on local activities. The house is on 3 + 1/2 levels, easily accommodates a family of 4 or more and is cute, quaint and spotless. We are self-sufficient so we saw our hosts on arrival and departure only but they seemed very eager to offer more help than just that. Learn some Italian before going.
Summary: Our first time in Tuscany. We will most definitely come back and rent the place again.
