Positive: Secluded area, nice outside space, great place for a stopover if on the way from Santander or Bilbao to the east coast. 10 minutes drive from supermarkets and petrol.

Negative: Some deafening off-season drilling and building work which literally made our room vibrate, but it was stopped with an apology immediately when I complained.
