Positive: A great stay in Xela. Staff were always so helpful, breakfast was good. We loved our little room and our patio. We felt very safe and relaxed here. Also a great location.

Negative: My only constructive criticism is the room beside the one we stayed in, if there was a way to better soundproof that wall as you can hear the full conversations of the people staying next door, but it didn’t bother us too much. We still loved our stay.

Negative: sound travelled effecting sleep; cold evening and mornings - some portable heaters would have helped; it was not as advertised in Booking.com

Positive: Very comfortable home base while in Xela. The property is spacious and homey with abundant common spaces, including a lending library. I loved that my room had a kitchenette (sink, dishes, coffee maker). Breakfast hours were spacious (7:40-10AM). Staff were friendly and attentive.

Negative: The WiFi was a little spotty and I kept having to switch between WiFi and data/hotspot. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend Casa Elizabeth as a place to work or study intensively from (unless they fix it :), but for basic day to day life stuff it was fine.
