Summary: We had just a one night stay but great place with a very welcoming host family. Clean and comfortable room with a nice roof garden to relax on. Also provided a very reasonably priced lift to the bus station early the next day. Good location, walking distance to most of the main sights in central / old town Havana

Summary: Our stay at Casa Factoria was great in every way. The hosts were so helpful and attentive - they organised a day trip to Vinales and onward transport out of Havana for us. We took the classic car tour in Santiago’s pink car and it was so much fun. The pool on the roof is a nice touch.

Summary: No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas de Casa Factoria y de sus anfitriones o estaria escribiendo un dia entero!!! Esta en un lugar privilegiado, donde puedes ir andando a todos sitios. La recogida y llevada al aeropuerto, perfecta. El paseo en coche super chulo antiguo por toda La Habana, increible. Los desayunos en la azotea con la piscinita, ricos y agradables. El viaje a la playa, alucinante. Las conversaciones, divertidas e informativas.TODO, todo INMEJORABLE!!! I cannot write enough good things about this place and the hosts or I would be writing for a week! Everything was impecable, entertaining and worth it. From the moment they picked us up at the airport to the moment they dropped us off, it was absolutely perfect. The location is incredible, you can walk everywhere, the tour of Havana in their super cool old car was super entertaining and informative. The breakfast in the little rooftop, yummy, the little pool was beautiful. It is super clean, and the rooms have air-which we seldom used because it was cool at night. If we ever go back to Havana-cross my fingers-we will definitely stay there!

Summary: I really enjoyed this place. It was really clean and met all of my needs. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. They were a big help in assisting me with recommendations and tips on being a tourist. I highly recommend this place. Lastly, it is close to many tourist hotspots in Old Havana.

Summary: We had a wonderful four night stay here. Our hosts were so helpful. We loved the breakfasts and the tour in the 50s Chevrolet was so much fun! We couldn't recommend this place enough! Gracias!

Summary: What an excellent casa to stay! Such a wonderful host that made us feel really at home. We loved the room and it had everything we could have needed! The pool on the roof was such a bonus! We enjoyed relaxing here after a long day of walking around the city! They were so lovely to keep our bags safe on our last day as our flight was quite late. We even got to enjoy the pool one last time before our taxi to the airport! The entire casa was so clean and modern and is a real gem in the heart of Havana! We even arranged our taxi back to the airport with the hosts husband, who has a pink convertible classic ford!
