Positive: Stunning location and excellent service! Casa Fiorela is a gem in Villa de Leyva. Irma is an incredibly dedicated host, and her recommendations for activities around town were all absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is peaceful, the property is beautiful, and we loved every minute of our stay—the only thing we didn't like was that we eventually had to leave!

Negative: Nothing—except the fact that we had to check out.

Summary: We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable visit to Villa de Leyva.

Positive: The garden is stunning, the interior design feels warm and inviting, and the rooms are both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing. And very good service ! Really enjoy the stay with my family.

Negative: Nothing to complain about! I really enjoy the stay. Some constructive feedback for the owners to make the stay even better: • It would be a nice touch to have coffee available before breakfast (which starts at 8), so guests can enjoy a cup while they wait. • Adding more towel hangers in the rooms — at least two instead of one — would make things a bit more comfortable. • The location is about 5 minutes by car or a 15–20 minute walk. Providing the number of a reliable local cab service for tourists would really improve the experience. • Lastly, for older guests, it might be helpful to have some key information printed out (like breakfast times, phone numbers, and check-in/out details). Everything being shared via WhatsApp works great, but not everyone is comfortable using it.
