Summary: Very traditional place with quiet rooms decorated in traditional manner. Breakfast was really good fresh fruit, coffee and choice of eggs, omelette both vegetarian & meat options. Absolutely beautiful pool which after a long day walking around and exploring was always a treat to jump into. Staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble for the price can’t beat it would def stay again xxxx

Summary: Very charming, intimate unique place. Pretty quiet for Mexico. Each room is completely different. Gardenia room had fewest stairs to navigate. Bed was pretty firm and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and everyone in the hotel was chatting and sharing info. The drawbacks were the water pressure is extremely weak and the privacy curtains were not sufficient to prevent the courtyard spotlight from beaming into the room at night making it difficult to avoid. We put blankets and towels all over the windows to block out the light with some success. Even given the drawbacks, we loved the place and the service.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience at Casa Flores. The staff was absolutely incredible. When I got sick they actually walked me to a place to get the proper medication and even made an elixir to help with my issue. In addition, the breakfasts were excellent and you even have a menu to choose what you want.

Summary: The staff was excellent! I went to the dentist and the staff made food for according to my diet. I brought the fruits and they made my smoothie and was so nice.
