Positive: The accomodations are pretty comfortable specially for the price. There was AC everywhere, clean, the workers were super nice and helpful. the breakfast was really nice !
Negative: The location is good, there is plenty of public transportation and shops nearby, but the neighborhood is a bit shady/underdeveloped that could scare some people.

Positive: The staff are so nice, very generous. Free breakfast, free water and juice, they offer you ice cream because of the heat. Just feels like staying in a house with relatives, very pleasant.
Negative: Not much to complain about. my bathroom was separate from my bedroom, probably not a problem for most people but if you need to use the bathroom in the night it's a little awkward.
