Positive: Super quiet, beautiful area, and very friendly host.

Negative: This is personal, but I have an allergy for animal hairs, and there are several dogs living on the area. It seems like the hairs also got through into the room, which caused me to sneeze a lot while in the room. Additionally - but this is not a problem at this price point - the shower pressure was very low, and the bathroom in general smelled like urine.

Summary: Good value for money, but people with allergies for animal hairs beware

Positive: A fantastic location (so close to the beach) and place to stay - spacious, clean and so funky (in the coolest way possible!). Kate was an amazing, interesting, helpful and friendly hostess. Best time ever!!

Positive: The hostess Kate was incredibly welcoming. It was just me and my dog, who loved the place, could run free in a safe environment and play with Asta, Kate's pup. Kate made me some delicious cocktails and we chatted away all evening. Breakfast was long, lazy and lush, such amazing food, I went back for snacks throughout the day.

Negative: The garden was dry due to the time of year and Kate's conscientious use of water. I will definitely visit during rainy season to see it in its full glory.

Summary: Great for a lone traveler or anyone with a dog. A very personal and accommodating service.

Positive: Such a comfortable and spacious guesthouse in a beautiful, relaxing garden setting. Kate was very welcoming and lovely to chat to, and her pets were very cute and entertaining. All of the food was absolutely delicious. I love the eco friendly focus of the property and the short walk to Kep Beach. The recommended tuk tuk drivers were very friendly and showed me some beautiful places in the local area. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse as a wonderful place to stay and I hope to return there sometime.

Positive: Fabulous breakfast home made granola with dates with home made yogurt and wild honey! The dog and chickens were very friendly except sometimes the cockerel wanted to chase you. Absolutely everything you could want for a home from home stay, even a needlework set. Also very eco friendly and organic, she is a genius.

Positive: This is a great place for an unhurried stay in a natural environment. Hidden away amongst the trees with chickens running free in the garden and the occasional visit from monkeys there is always entertainment. A good breakfast available from early morning until past midday adds to the charm. Coming from a boutique resort hotel this was a very different experience but very enjoyable when you relax into it. A great place if you believe in low impact sustainable tourism.
