Positive: Room with bathroom and lovely common areas - sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and garden. Free parking, close to downtown.
Negative: The mattress was a bit too soft for our backs, but nothing dramatic.

Positive: I appreciated that the host was very responsive when I asked for things that were missing. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. I was happy there on my own fur several days.
Negative: That it took several minutes for the water to run hot. That there was 1 heater for the whole apartment given it was cold when I was there. The garden was lovely but small. The kitchen is really basic

Positive: Nice and clean room, quiet house with similar guests like us. The garden is full with beautiful plants. Breakfast can have in the kitchen or in the garden.
Negative: When I read that the house have a kitchen I thought we can prepare a pasta or some easy-to-make food, but no facilities for cooking. They have a microwave oven and toast maker. And beautiful plates.

Positive: No breakfast included but there was coffee, tea, cookies. A shared kitchen and refrigerator. The host was friendly and accommodating. A very good Portuguese restaurant just a 6 minute walk away called Adego dos Arcos. Yummy! Intermarche supermarket just a 10 minute walk away. And a cafe called Picnic that opens at sunrise and has delicious bagels is just 1 minute after Intermarche.
Negative: During our 4 night stay nobody came to clean our room. We had to ask for fresh towels which were quickly provided.
Summary: Comfortable and quiet.
