Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Please leave the garbage cans in the garage as our team will move them to the curb on Sunday evenings using a garage door opener, ensuring minimal disruption during your stay. Trash pickup takes place on Monday mornings around 6 am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place the cans back into the garage. Kindly refrain from placing any trash bins or bags on the curb, as it may result in fines from the association. If you have time, we appreciate it if you could strip the beds you used and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets provided in each bedroom. Starting one load of laundry would be great if you have the time, but if not, no worries.
Please be informed that any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly provide us with a list of all individuals staying at the house, as well as the drivers of the cars that will require access.
The gas grill operates on natural gas. Remember to turn off all appliances when not in use.
