Positive: Nice appartment with living room and sleeping room on 1st floor. Very clean, good wifi, nice host. Only that bed linen cost € 10 extra was strange. It was clearly mentioned in the conditions but I didn't read that. With that in mind and compared to other appartments I have been, I would say this one is somewhat overprized. The photo on the website of the pool/bath is not appropriate for my appartment.

Positive: - very , very riendly host and his son (Stefano) - very quiet location - well equipped kitchen - spacious parking space nearby property (20 meters)

Negative: - the property is actually one large room, separated with tiny foldable wall - beds and pillows were no so comfortable

Positive: Picturesque mountain village, nice studio and garden.

Negative: Hard to reach. Minimal hot water. Nothing extra offered ie tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. Nothing. Had to pay for linen and towels and option to pay for air conditioning.
