The space
Casa Lago is a three floor townhouse. Guests will take front porch steps into the 2nd floor main level where the main bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining and living rooms are located. The game room is on the 3rd floor loft. The bunk room, secondary bathroom and laundry room is downstairs on the 1st floor, ground level.
Guest access
One free parking spot in front of the townhouse. Parking is accessible at all points of interest: lake front park, marina, gym, golf course and pool. Note: you will need to park additional vehicles further away from the home, as parking is limited and reserved for permanent residents.

Summary: The Casa Lago Townhouse did not disappoint. From the onset, Rio, the property owner, was responsive and accommodating. She answered my initial questions which influenced my decision to book the property. The townhouse floor plan was perfect for my husband, nieces, and me. I appreciated thethree levels of designated space. The game room on the top, third floor was a pleasant bonus. The community amenities were great, and we used the pool and I worked out in the fitness center which had full service of free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. Rio also provided recommendations of places to go and things to do which took away the guess work. If I'm in the Lake Travis area again I will definitely book Casa Lago.

Summary: The house is really cute and located right in the middle of all the activities around Point Venture. We enjoyed all the amenities of the neighborhood and the game setup on the top floor. However, anytime we had a conversation at the dining table we would receive bangs on the wall from the people next door. No matter the volume (it was usually at a normal talking voice, no excessively loud noises), anytime we were in that area they would hit the wall and it got to a point we just had to avoid talking over there so we didn’t upset the neighbors.
