Positive: A stylish, compact villa, newly renovated, very clean. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, but unfortunately, they're not fully fenced in, which prevents pets from running freely.

Negative: The following issues are significant drawbacks: 1. Complete lack of ventilation. While this can be compensated for in the rooms by opening the windows for ventilation, it's a serious problem in the bathrooms, resulting in constant condensation. The tiny dormer windows aren't up to the task, and there are no heated towel rails. Consequently, towels are wet 24/7. 2. Ice-cold floors are common in all rooms, including the bathrooms. Wall-mounted electric radiators and split-system air conditioners don't solve this problem. Therefore, the property is only suitable for seasonal summer accommodation. 3. The internet only works during the day, and even then, it's very poor. In the evenings, at night, and in the morning, even mobile phone reception is virtually nonexistent. 4. The actual accommodation conditions stated by the owner do not match those listed on Booking.com. According to the information, the property, consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total area of 135 square meters, was entirely at the client's disposal. The reservation indicated two guests. Before check-in, the owner was informed that there would be three of us, suggesting that additional linens might be needed. In response, he demanded an additional €100 for three nights, even though we still only needed two bedrooms. Given that all three bedrooms were already prepared for guests, and there were no additional services (meals, etc.) that could have affected the price, such a demand seemed absurd. Not wanting to waste time and energy arguing, we paid the additional €100 the owner demanded. We hope he will use it to replace the bath towels, which were washed to the point of being washed out.

Positive: The house has everything needed for winter days, very cozy and equiped. The decoration was very nice, an ancient house made well. Hosts are very friendly and kind, always ready to help with anything.

Negative: Just be prepared to don't have signal. Wifi will keep you connected.

Positive: The place is amazing!! Sparkling clean, renovated with clean new furniture. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need. There is thought about every single detail. The garden is huge! Anna welcomed us with her big smile and explanation about everything.

Negative: The day was extremely hot, I would suggest installing Ac on the second floor as well. But we managed with the 2 big ventilators
