Summary: Room in fair condition, needs deep renew. Short in furniture, bedsheets are old enough to be changed . There were no water in the shower, unknown reasons because the staff was not in the premises

Summary: This is my third time staying here and I like the hotel. The check-in didn’t go smooth this time due to the staff being unavailable for a period of time, but that will not deter me from coming back next time I visit Pedasi. The swimming pool is excellent very refreshing and very clean.

Summary: The property is licated in a peaceful, beautiful setting. My room was clean and well equipped, including a small fridge & lockable safe. Hotel staff were very available and helpful. Tasty hot breakfast options. Casa Loma is also within 2 miles of El Arenal beach where you can rent a local boat to take you to the Island of Iguanas.

Summary: I liked the staff, cleanliness, breakfast freshly made to order, very good. This propety needs upgrades like new matresses, bedding, no bed side table in a room. Overall was ok.

Summary: The staff were very courteous and tentative. The place was welcoming and nice to relax, nice beaches and restaurants nearby. The pool was clean.

Summary: Hello My first impression of the room they offered to us was very dissatisfied!. We went to the office to cancel the reservation and leave if they didn’t have any other room to offer. They had three more rooms available!!. I don’t understand why when we book through Expedía it showed just one room available! We booked without knowing, that room was the worst one on their facility. They changed the room for us to a better one, we paid the difference, which was not a problem for us, we just wanted a decent room. After that first not good impression, the stays at Casa Loma were satisfied. Location is good, close to the town, cleanness and staff is good too. We will stay there again but I will call first, before booking just to check which room they are offering.
