Positive: Everything l! It was gorgeous inside and out. Our room far exceeded expectations. It was huge and had a private sitting area and hot tub. The shower and bathroom were heavily- allowing my husband and I to get ready at the same time without tripping over each other.

Positive: We liked everything about Casa Loreto. The staff were friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The food was excellent, especially breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day and coffee restocked. The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing, with a lovely outdoor space with a sitting tub and a hammock. Loved the pool. We took ubers back and forth to museums and restaurants. Very inexpensive. Our first walk into the zocalo was too noisy and a bit too much traffic along the street. But it was incredibly easy to go back and forth.
Negative: Wish there was a hot water shower and a second hammock.
Summary: When we return to Merida we will definitely stay again at Casa Loreto.

Positive: Great rooms. Lovely garden and pool area. Staff very helpful and efficient.
Negative: 20 min walk to main square in historic centre was along a busy road. Good pavements but noisy.

Positive: Beautifully remodeled hotel. Large clean room with beautiful private patio. Really nice restaurant that serves a beautiful breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff was amazing. The newest by name and we're always offering us assistance for whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
