Positive: We have just returned from a 10 night family stay at the property. It was very clean and homely. Absolutely everything you need for a self catering holiday, a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee machine, lovely modern oven and fridge freezer. Bedrooms were very comfortable, the whole feel to the place was lovely. Great location, about 10 min walk to Anfi beach. We rented a car to get around the island, around 6 min drive to peurto rico too. We managed to park near enough outside the property each day. Parking can get a little busy in the day with people looking for free parking for Anfi beach. The communal pool behind the property was a very good size, lovely and clean also. I also noticed there was little extras like a travel cot, baby bath seat and potty, iron & ironing board. The host was lovely enough to leave some washing machine & dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, washing up liquid, water in the fridge etc which is very much appreciated after a long journey.
Negative: Apartment is up a flight of stairs,wasn’t an issue for us, and is just part of the style of the property being on a hillside, but be wary if mobility issues.

Positive: Location was very good. Very close to both pools and a short walk to the beach. The elevator at Spar eased the walk back from both the beach and the supermarket.
Negative: The double bed was a bit worn down. You kind of rolled to the center of the bed from both sides.

Positive: We really loved this apartment, which had everything we needed. It was very clean, bright and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully-equipped and pleasant to work in. The balcony was my favourite spot for relaxing, and eating outside on the patio was great for outside dining and sun-bathing.
Negative: During our stay, there were works on the hill opposite

Positive: Clean and tidy apartment with everything we needed. Our contact responded quickly and was very helpful with everything. The apartment is on the shadow side of the hill. We got some sun on parts of the deck, but recommend using the pool area or the beach for more sun. The deck is still a nice place to sit for lunch/dinner.
Negative: The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but it was not too bad.

Positive: Great location, walking distance to a lot of facilities.l with lots of takeaway options as well on Uber eats. Also, it was a very professional/clean set up and facilities, much bigger than expected. Checkin was really smooth and easy
Negative: Parking was tricky if you have a car (which you don't really need). We ended up parking a street over (2 minutes walk to the apartment)
