Summary: We had to change hotelsand hotels.com was very helpful in this because our previous hotel was unsuitable for many reasons. When we arrived at Hotel Casa Lucia, we felt a great sense of relief. The design and decoration are tasteful and elegant. Although our new room was vastly better than the previous hotel, a former guest had been smoking in the room, leaving the window open and invited mosquitoes in as well as the smell of cigarettes. We asked for a chain of room and Florencia was extraordinarily helpful in placing us in a different room. The facilities were excellent, the breakfast was above standard fare, however, the hotel restaurant Cantina was excellent! Above all the service was professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Summary: A beautiful hotel with very friendly and extremely helpful staff who go above and beyond. Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The included breakfast is of a very high quality and the hotel facilities are very good. The gym is typically very small for a hotel, so if like us you want to do more than some cardio probably best to look elsewhere on that front.
