Positive: Luisa, the host is wonderful, we had great communication since booking towards checkout. She accommodated us with everything that we needed and offer to help us with anything. Pool is lovely as well as lounge area, beautiful bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and grill outside.
Negative: Some people from our group mentioned somewhat not perfect cleanliness in some rooms and one linen was a bit torn up but, personally, nothing that wouldn't make me visit again.
Summary: Wonderful stay for season closing, perfect way to end summer

Positive: We really enjoyed our time at Casa Lui. Its a great villa in a really good location and it had everything we needed. We really loved the outdoor spaces and the villa itself is spacious and well appointed. Luisa was really helpful when we were arranging our check in and gave us some great recommendations. She was always easily contactable if we needed anything.
Negative: Unfortunately we were very disappointed to be insistently accused of breaking a shelf in the fridge after our check out. This shelf was broken on our arrival and thankfully I was able to prove this as I took a photo as soon as we noticed it. This should have been picked up during pre check in cleaning and checks along with a couple of other small things. I would encourage future guests to check and do similar just incase.
