Positive: Host was very nice and welcoming. Room was a nice size. Very clean. Hot water was strong. Breakfast was nice, sometimes got to sit outside in the garden. Very nice smoothie. Simple fare but done well. Location is great, easy to park, very near the highway, not too far from supermarkets (with a car). Near the north of the island which was good for hiking in Anaga. The location itself unexpectedly has quite dramatic scenery close to the sea and mountains. Take a short walk around the neighbourhood. Would book again if I am back in Tenerife. This suited my needs well, I was looking for a place with good parking that was near the highway and the room and hosts were great.

Negative: Walls are thin. You can hear the hosts alarm. If you want to sleep in and are sensitive to noise I think this might affect you. For me it wasn't an issue as I was up early and wanted to start my day early.
