Positive: The staff made our stay a true delight. We will remember Steve, Scott and Dani as the best hosts of our 3-week journey through Italy. Great views too, across the valley, all the way to the tower in Sarteano. Simply a beautiful and tranquil setting.
Negative: Getting heavy luggage up and down the stairs was tough. Having been in Italy for over 2 weeks before Casa M, we had some weighted bags.Thank goodness for Scott, who got our luggage upstairs for us. And Scott is one of the owners!
Summary: It was wonderful. When we return to Italy, Tuscany and Casa M are on the list of must sees.

Positive: A beautiful location with a great view of the tuscan hills. We were lucky enough to have this view from our room, but the pool overlooks the hills as well. Great place to relax during the day and the lunch was very good. The breakfast had a nice selection and coffee was good.

Positive: The breakfast was great, a good variety of sweet & savoury and coffee freshly made on request with a beautiful view across the valley The winery was in a convenient location for our travels each day and the service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed some nice meals there, this was a major plus for us as we did not really want to drive at night for dinners away from the accommodation.

Positive: - Beautiful property in the heart of Tuscany. Close to lots of wineries, small towns and other activities such as natural hot springs! - Before we even arrived, Marianne had messaged to help us coordinate any activities or bookings we wanted to do in the area. - Highly recommend dinner at the hotel, it is in a small quaint area with a small, yet refined menu. Also recommend the tour and tasting at the winery. Marianne did an amazing job sharing the history and process of the wine making at Casa M, it is a remarkable experience. - We also participated in the cooking class they offered which was through a separate, private company. It was amazing! Would go back and do it again if we could. - The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax. The infinity pool over looks the Tuscan country side! - Breakfast was a typical Italian buffet. Meats, cheese, pastries, fruit, and yoghurt. Best past was the fresh, custom coffees delivered to our table! Remarkable service, care and attention. - Room was a great size, with 2 big windows and custom made furniture. Also a big tv! - Scott and Steve made every guest feel so welcomed, engaging in conversations, always lending a helping hand and being friendly faces to all. - A must visit!!
