Negative: No towels provided, and the pull out bed was broken. Evening showers are prohibited, and the shower itself was faulty

Positive: Great apartment, very good location. A big surface, lots of place. Very near to skibus, only few seconds by walk :)
Negative: Unfortunately check-in assistant- horrible woman, unprofessional, we needed to ask about everything: toilet paper, kitchen towel and so on. The apartment is very dirty, I don't know if somebody whenever clean it .... lots of dust and dirt on the kitchen hood. Unfortunately dishes, glasses, frying-pan - good I took mine from my home. The equipment of the kitchen is very poor.

Positive: Perfect location close to Marilleva 900 with ski bus stop just at the doors. Mini market available just downstairs. Kitchen furniture made of natural wood provides very nice feeling. Overall quite spatious. Parking place just at the doors.
Negative: Wifi performance and coverage could be better, broken TV, perhaps new sofa in the kitchen would be welcome.
Summary: Perfect, I'll be back.

Positive: The apartment is really large and has attractive two story layout. Mezzana is on a great location near very famous ski resorts and it is very close to travel to day trips to various landmarks and interesting towns.
Negative: EV charger was offered in the apartment's description, but wasn't available on site - we were directed to a public charger 500 meters away from Casa Martini, but that one didn't work during the whole duration of our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved - especially the carpets and the blankets. The rules for the guests are very strict - clean the kitchen, take out the garbage, don't shower in the night hours (?!) etc. We went to take the garbage out to the indicated public recycle bin, but the access to it is possible just with a special card, which we didn't get - so the guests can either leave it in the apartment (against the rules), take it with them, or make a felony and leave it by the container.
Summary: Great location, comfy housing, but not delivering as promised.
