Positive: We had a room with a balcony on the second floor with windows overlooking the road and the mountains. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. There was a separate kitchen downstairs for the guests.
Negative: Very close to the main road, so might be not the best option for sensitive sleepers. In the morning we didn't have hot water but probably it was used by some other guests as it came back in an hour or so..
