Positive: The staff are very helpful and the room we had was a decent size with AC and bathroom. All very clean. The location is ideal and the breakfast was good. There is a good kitchen with all you need which is also spotless. Good views from the terrace whilst having breakfast.

Positive: Good location, friendly team, very clean communal spaces. Really nice terrace area overlooking the lake. Aircon worked well.

Negative: Frequent short power cuts meant our food in the fridge went off. Did have a cockroach on our final night.

Positive: Good location, comfortable beds / AC worked well. Access to kitchen and free water was excellent.

Negative: We were in the room near the front door and it was quite noisy in the mornings hearing people bang the metal door and chatting while leaving. We didn’t get the best sleep and so I probably would look for somewhere else to sleep if I stayed in Flores again.
