Positive: The location was perfect for a more local experience, yet not too far away from more tourist-y areas. Upon arrival, Lori, the property manager met us and showed us the facilities, along with a long list of activities and recommendations in the surrounding areas. Everyone was friendly, the neighborhood was exceptionally safe (four mid-twenty women traveling alone able to walk the streets quite comfortably), and everything was very cost effective and well worth. Location: Located in a gated community, the people manning the gate are there 24 hours a day, allowing entry at all points in time. There's a delicious cafe located just across from the gate, and wandering through the surrounding blocks later in the evening will reveal a variety of food joints and convenience stores that cost a single person no more than $5-6 for a full meal or bag of snacks. There is a little beach (Playa Del Nino) located at about a 30 minute walk from the house, with many restaurants along the way. A short drive away is Avenida Tulum, the best place for cheap souvenirs as well as a little market where there are several vendors selling handmade goods such as necklaces, bracelets, and crocheted items. If you're looking to go to the Hotel Zone, I recommend an uber about halfway through the upper half of the '7' and hopping on a bus the rest of the way. The uber will cost about $6-7 and the bus will run you at about $0.50 per ride. The buses outside of the hotel zone can be a bit confusing, especially if you don't speak Spanish, so taking an uber was the best alternative for us. The House: The house was absolutely gorgeous. it was functionable and 10/10 would recommend if staying for any length of time. Everything was accessible and with two and a half bathrooms, three bedrooms and a full kitchen, we were set for the week we stayed. The Wifi didn't always reach some of the bedrooms, but there was so much to do it mattered very little. 10/10 stay!

Negative: Advertising was not proper. We expected 4 bdr house, but it is 3 bdr house with the separate studio apartment available for more number of gests. It was not clear represented on booking.com Other then that - everything is Exelent.

Positive: Excellent house in a very quiet residental area. All the area is secured by gate and guards. Very safe. Free parking fast wifi. Everything was perfect. Location, house etc. Fully equiped kitchen ( blender is a big plus). We had a fabolous time. Greatings from Hungary.
Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: The property manager, Lory was absolutely brilliant. She was very efficient, friendly and prompt. The property was very clean and very true to the pictures.
Negative: It was very noisy as there was construction ongoing on both sides. Also lots of dogs barking. Location a bit far from main strip. Pool dirty but we didn't need it
