Summary: The location and views are amazing! Overall it's a beautiful house. Could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. No toiletries were available which was a disappointment. The patio should've been swept before our arrival as there was a lot of brush around the hot tub.

Summary: Lovely property and a lovely stay. We stayed in Arroyo Seco/Taos in July, peak heat season, so you have to know what you're signing up for: THERE IS NO AC ON THE PROPERTY! Most NM rentals in mountains won't have them, and its not a huge problem but we had a couple of days in the 90s which were uncomfortable but that's what you're signing up for in July. Hot tub did NOT work. A part was broken. The hot tub is old. Not sure it will work again, but after our stay it sounds like the parts were replaced and potentially working. I would check with property manager if hot tub was working. We were comped for the broken hot tub with no fuss which was very nice. Pool and tennis courts in the community are A+. Lovely perks. Overall had a very good time!

The location is perfect for accessing the ski valley, and it’s only one mile from Taos Cow ice cream. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was decorated with great local art. Towels and bedding were new and clean. We hope to return soon.
