Positive: It’s one of those properties where there’s nothing to dislike. First of all, it is located half an hour driving from Cagliari Elmas Airport and it’s literally on the beach! You’re a minute or yard away from the sea! Second the spectacular view from the balcony, absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. For watching sunrise and sunset is specially well positioned. For those who want to have a quiet place outside the big cities with amazing views and the Tyrrhenian sea at your feet, Casa Nicoleup is the one. The house itself is spacious, two bedrooms, a full equipped kitchen with big fridge, a nice size bathroom. The decor of the entire property is typical for the area, in pastel blue and white, with marine/aquatic details. There’s a flat TV for whoever is watching TV in that Paradise, there’s AC and good wireless internet connection. The internet works acceptably well even in the yard, if you want to lay in the sun chairs provided by the property, but still want to use your electronic devices. The yard is big, with green grass and we were able to get our car parked inside the yard for the whole week. The neighbourhood is pretty chilled. The check in and check out process was very smooth and simple, and our hosts, Nicoletta and Lucrezia were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the information in advance so that we could make the best of our time there. There s also a washing machine in the yard, next to the stairwell, but we didn’t use it on this occasion. We loved and recommend the property especially for the balcony views and proximity to the sea/ beach. The water is shallow around the area. It was very clean and still warm at the end of September so we could swim.
Negative: There’s nothing that comes to my mind!

Positive: Beautiful location with great views in a beach neighborhood. Nicolette was easy to communicate with and very friendly. She was there personally to acquaint us with the property. You will need a car to access the closest town for groceries or restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean. There was an available washing machine which we found handy. There is a beach for swimming. There are also other beautiful beaches within reasonable driving distance although generally you will have to pay to park at those beaches. I would definitely stay here again.
Negative: Found the bed on the very hard side but otherwise all was great.
Summary: Great stay for a week in a beautiful location.

Thank you especially that when you heard that we will come with 3months daughter, without any issues and delays you organized a bed for the child 🙌🤩🥰🌹🪻

Positive: A kind of home from home property. Amazing views, very quiet, sheltered sea with shallow water, ideal for seaming. Nobody around in November. Very nice host.
