Positive: We had a very pleasant 2-night stay in this lovely renovated mansion with tastefully chosen decor. The room was spacious and the space was sparkly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and are extremely grateful for the owner's openness to offer us something more on the salty (savory) side, as they usually serve a typical Italian breakfast, which is too sweet for us starting our day. And the coffee made in the moka-pot was delicious!!! We parked the car in the fenced parking lot (private, not on the street) - we're grateful for that as well.

Negative: Just as a recommendation, a couple towel hangers would be useful in the bathroom.

Positive: breakfast was really nice and not to mention the table arrangement which the owner outdid himself and if you needed something else in particular he would be nice to get it for you .

Negative: i cannot find something i did not like .

Summary: it is a very nice and cosy house ,very nice owner and the arrangements in the house are spectacular.

Positive: Pretty, fancy ...well decorated to the point of overdone. You can tell that Luca and his family/ staff love their home and business. Experience & genuine care for guests is felt from the moment you walk in the doors. Beautifully finished interior with shiny chrome fixtures, impeccably cleaned and dusted. Gorgeous period and replica antique furniture throughout and a handsome private outdoor courtyard make this casa complete!

Negative: Scented products in use...unnecessary, really. I sneezed and sneezed. The location is a bit out of the way - no night life, no great selection Of eating or restaurant choico in the areas
