Positive: It was so lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view while sipping limoncello or coffee. Michele was extremely kind and helpful! He had so many thoughtful touches to the home to make it comfortable. We loved the view and beautiful spots to take pictures as you walk up & down from the square but if you have trouble with the steps, get a local bus pass, it drops off right near the house. Michele & his website were so full of information to get around and so prompt at replying to my questions.

Negative: We loved it.

Summary: It was such a lovely stay & would definitely stay if we come again.

Positive: Its location and fabulous views from the pretty terrace. Michele is a wonderful host - so friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you Michele!

Negative: The bed in second bedroom is small (I’m only 150cm) and the traffic is noisy in this bedroom. Otherwise, everything perfect.

Positive: Amazing view from balcony, comfortable beds and very well stocked house. Everything we needed plus more. Good communications from hosts too

Negative: There are a LOT of steps. House is 150m climb over 800m distance. We struggled with our bags and had to stop several times along the way. Took us 45 minutes and we are quite fit. Learned afterwards about the porter service (30Euro per bag) from ferry port to front door. The bus is a cheap, but crowded option.

Summary: Beautiful views, lovely home, but be prepared for a lot of steps - you are halfway up a mountain

Positive: The host Michele was amazing. He had all the bases covered. We arrived by car which is not recommended, but he had a plan for a friend to take it to the local parking lot. Upon arrival the house was stocked with basics and some wine! He even held onto our luggage and my wife’s wedding dress while we went to Capri for 3 days!

Summary: Michele is the best and the casa Perla view is amazing!
