Negative: Could have done with 2 comfortable chairs. Parking at Placa del a Font is expensive, best to park at Saavedra.

Positive: It is perfectly located with an excellent view of the sea at the entrance to the old town. The room, though tiny, was comfortable though comfortable seats on the balcony would be nice. The. Gift. Of wine and olives was much appreciated.

Negative: We happened to visit at the Heights of the festival of Santa Tecla so the parades passed directly under the balcony which was wonderful though the very noisy bands playing till 0200 somewhat d’allée our enjoyment and the crowds in the streets were hard to navigate.

Summary: Noisy, busy city so the room was a welcome view point for all the action.

Positive: The location is fantastic right in the old city. The views are to die for from the balconies. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and the bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The apartment is in a wonderful central location - however this does mean it is quite noisy in the evenings, but we didn’t mind! It’s an old building so the sound proofing isn’t fantastic, and you can hear apartments above quite a bit with using the taps etc.

Summary: Fantastic location, beautiful apartment with wonderful views.
