Positive: Ismahene the hoster was very nice and helpful, the place is clean and Cosy, near to the RER and Metro station. Also near to supermarkets and all facilities. I recommend it.

Positive: Great location (5 minutes walk to subway and railway station), cheap underground parking available nearby (Claude Bernard), modern building.
Negative: Overall, we didn't have the most comfortable stay. All windows in the bathroom and the bedroom are sealed shut, only the balcony door can be opened. There was only one set of bedding, and it was freshly washed and wet when we arrived, so the first night we slept without bedding. There was no hair dryer, although it was listed in the description, and the host didn't provide it when we asked. There was also no wardrobe or any place to hang our clothes at all. The toilet tank wasn't filling with water.

Positive: The location is a little far from most tourist sites, but that’s what we intended because it means the area is a bit quieter, safer and less crowded, and we get a better value apartment size. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. The apartment has most of the features and amenities that you would want.
Negative: Although the apartment listing says that English is supported, the host did not really speak any English. However, she did do her best to communicate everything necessary, and the booking chat has automatic translation, so we got by. There were a few issues with the apartment itself: the light in the bedroom was broken, there was apparently no hairdryer (though the host fixed this when we asked), there was no bin so we had to just put all the trash in a bin bag in the kitchen, and the washing machine and drying rack were full of someone else’s clothes. The fridge was full of food from previous tenants, most of it expired.
Summary: A decent apartment and good location. A bit more maintenance and preparation would move it from “good” to “great”.

Positive: Everything was good and clean, the kitchen had all the utensils we needed, coffee maker, fridge, everything was good. Supermarket is near from the apartment. The reception was wonderful from the apartment owner, thanks for everything.
