Positive: The location could not have been better. Beautiful views, small hamlet with a choice of restaurants and cafés. Great walks from the property. Helpful staff.
Negative: It was a shame that we could not use the kitchen facilities. We could use the fridge, but the oven was turned off and there was no microwave.
Summary: Espinama was the favourite part of our trip. Beds were comfortable and staff were helpful

Positive: Very good location, close to Fuente Dé and Potes. In the center of Espinama, with access to supermarkets, restaurants and a bar. One of the rooms were really great in size with a lovely balcony.
Negative: We were two couples and rented two rooms in the same floor. There was only a bathroom for both rooms. The problem was that the door for the bathroom was inside one of the rooms. So basically to one of the couples access the bathroom, it had to enter inside the other room what was not convenient at all! The access to the bathroom should be out of the room.
Summary: Cosy place located in the center of Espinama. Problems with bathroom access on floor 1.
