Positive: The property is located high in the mountains above the magnificent centovalli. It has all the facilities you need to feel comfortable. There are many hiking trails around the apartment.
Negative: The kitchen should be equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There nearest grocery store is at least 30 minutes drive.

Positive: Old stone house with the atmosphere of old times. Very comfortable, modern bathroom and kitchen, new long beds. Very spacious with many rooms. Wifi worked well and for children there was an Xbox in the house. Everything was perfect. Accommodation was clean, well equipped (towels, sheets, toilet paper, dishwasher...). The owners were very nice and helpful. Lots of peace and quiet for relaxation – you only hear the sounds of nature. Tourist signs lead directly from the house. You are alone on the hiking trails. (This is very unusual in the Alps.) In nice weather you can swim in the river, but you have to drive (sandy beach in Intragna).
Negative: Maybe disadvantages for someone: Lots of stairs in the house. Remote location without the possibility of buying food. A lot of serpentines on the driveway. Parking on the street, but in June there was no problem with the place. Really a lot of ticks in the forest – repellent needed (our spray didn't work very well). The owners speak 4 languages, ​​but not English (we communicated in German). Please don't take it as a criticism. We were very satisfied. Casa Ruscada was the nicest house we stayed in.
