Positive: Fantastic location with breath taking views. Wonderfull host went above and beyond. Bringing extra coffee pods and fire wood free of charge. Hand crafted woodwork in challett was beautifully done and made a quirky romanian vibe. 5 stars from me and my wife great value for money.

Positive: The property appears incredibly authentic with timber construction throughout. You notice a new detail each time you enter. The log burner kept us warm and our brilliant host tended the fire whilst we were out exploring. Large picture windows in the living area and mezzanine allow you to enjoy uninterrupted views across the mountains from the comfort of your cabin. Whilst English is not her first language, Karina was brilliant at communicating and provided us with any information we needed, catering to our needs and informing us when best to travel (as we were hit by heavy snow). Look out for Rocky, the star of the show who offers a friendly welcome when returning to Casa. A must visit!

Negative: All brilliant! Just be aware that it is a mountain location and so expect strong winds and snow from time to time. This was not a problem when you have a comfortable cabin with board games to enjoy.

Summary: A warm, cosy, authentic experience with fairy tale views!

Positive: Amazingly beautiful property, with equally amazing views. A lot of time & care has been taken to build this little house. Pictures don’t do it justice! Loved the little details around the house. Everything is catered for.

Negative: The only tiny downside was the bedroom curtains are too thin & let in light in the morning but this would not affect me staying here again!
