Positive: Facilities Location proximity to downtown and access to mountain hiking and biking the Tucson Loop. Use of pool was a treat. Back yard private with amenities for bbq use and eating outside.
Negative: Cannot think of anything at the present that we didn't enjoy about our stay.

Positive: The house is very roomy, comfortable and private. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked with seasonings, olive oil, etc. The neighbourhood was quiet, secure and private. The Vacasa help staff did a nice job of being available and getting us the answers we needed. Please see below.
Negative: We were given the wrong code for the key box. There were two boxes and the one we had the code for was empty. The online help staff were very quick to respond and gave us the correct code for the other box. That was frustrating after a very long drive to Tucson. The internet network described in the arrival instructions was down when we arrived but the Xfinity network was up - but it required a subscription. Eventually, the online Vacasa help staff directed us to the modem in the second bedroom which we restarted. Better check-in instructions would have saved a lot of frustration and confusion.
Summary: After a few hiccups in the check-in process, the stay was great. We would go back.

Positive: WiFi. Gated community. Fully stocked kitchen with all equipment needed along with basic spices. Great outdoor grill and sitting area. Comfy beds. Bikes to borrow for nearby bike path. On-site parking. Clean. Nicely decorated. Plan to return. Nice towels and linens. Top notch washer dryer, fridge, pans. Dishwasher. Cooked in all 3 days, which was very easy to do in this space. Blocks from Sprouts and Trader Joe’s markets. Across street from Farmers Markets. Close to UA. Great communication with property via texts and emails. Not intrusive. Private, safe, quiet. Large TV’s in two of the guest rooms which are across the condo from each other. Did not hear my son gaming on other tv in 2nd bedroom. Large master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a sitting area with couch. Third bedroom was not used on this trip. Two full bathrooms.
Negative: Copper top dining table and coffee tables give cool vibe but in practicality the tables transfer metal smell on anything placed on top, including arms and playing cards. In future stay I’d use a tablecloth to prevent this. A little bit of walk to pool with no directions where pool was located. These are minor criticisms and will stay here next time in Tucson if we don’t return with our dog. If we need to bring our dog to Tucson we will have to stay elsewhere as dogs are not permitted in this location.

Positive: Beautifully decorated with clean up-to-date amenities. Loved the patio, the size of the rooms, and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and friendly.
Negative: Our truck was a little too big to fit in the walled driveway and garage and we had to get special permission to park in guest parking, but it worked out. Would have like better lighting in the bathroom since it’s a big room with just a few tungsten bulbs.
