Bedding configuration:
3 of the king beds can be split into singles (minimum 5 days’ notice required for linen arrangements).

🍷 Weddings and events
Casa Sangiovese sits on the La Vigna Estate Vineyard. While the estate can host weddings, Airbnb bookings are for accommodation only. For event or wedding enquiries, please find La Capella Estate online directly.
🚗 Parking
Plenty of free parking is available for multiple vehicles. If you plan to do a wine tour before check-in, please ask where cars can be safely left.

🍇 Local vineyards and transport
We’re only minutes from many of the Hunter Valley’s best wineries. Rover Coaches can collect guests directly from the estate for concert or event transfers — please check schedules with Rover Coaches in advance.
🚫 Parties and noise

- No parties, bucks groups, loud gatherings, or external guests.
- Maximum 12 adults permitted.
- No bands or speakers – we have other homes on the property and appreciate respect for all guests.
Other Things to Note:
🔥 Fires & Firewood: Indoor wood fireplaces are available only from the end of the NSW Easter School Holidays until the start of the NSW September School Holidays, in accordance with state fire restrictions. We generally provide enough firewood, kindling, and fire-starters for one night of your stay. If you’d like to enjoy additional fires, we recommend bringing your own supplies or purchase online via your boarding pass.
🏊‍♀️ Pools: Pools will be opened for swimming for the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed.
