Positive: The style of the hotel was very nice, but what makes the hotel are the staff, Mr Thomas, Hazel, Bjorn, Bitey just to name a few couldn’t do enough for us especially when it was quite stressful because of all the flights cancelled due to the trouble in the Middle East. We can not thank them enough x

Negative: The rooms could do with a makeover, they seem a little tired

Positive: The property is stunning, traditional Portuguese style,within a very private location,well maintained with everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Goa,great location close to everything you need when on holiday. What makes Casa Severina is the staff,they are all amazing, friendly,helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is one you will never forget. Big shout out to the owners,who's staff were amazing, especially Hazel,Ashim,and all the restaurant staff,but everyone on the team was top notch from the cleaners to the security guys at the gate!!

Positive: Our stay at Casa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the staff, especially Hazel, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room, was immaculate, spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed [Pool area and garden]. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness to the friendly service, truly made our trip special. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Calangute and look forward to staying with you again! Particular to mention their room names and their heritage infra is impressive.

Positive: Beyond expectations. Can't believe that such a professional courteous and excellent hospitality culture still exists in a place like Calangute where the hotel industry has gone to the dogs.. super excellent staff manners, well kept clean and neat rooms and linen. The property itself gives such a peaceful and serene vibe. It was more truly a Luxury stay. Each and every staff member is so courteous and helpful. THANK YOU ALL . Will most certainly visit again.
