Positive: Just returned from an absolutely wonderful 11 night stay at Sergio and Patricia's Holiday Home apartment. The two bedroom apartment had everything we needed for such a long stay, bedrooms were large, two bathrooms, one with shower. Large kitchen with good cooking facilities and dining area. Our terrace was very large with a large dining table, sun-loungers and other chairs and table to relax in and take in the absolutely breathing taking views of Sant'Angelo. Honestly the photos do not do it justice, it is stunning, a real 5 star view. The pool was great and has the same views. So relaxing and very welcome especially as the heat on our visit was really overwhelming for us as coming from Scotland we are definitely not used to temperatures so high. As for the hosts, Sergio and Patricia couldn't be more friendly and helpful. What a lovely couple. Patricia especially speaks good English which was so helpful given my very limited Italian. I would highly recommend a stay here and we are already thinking of returning next year as Ischia is such a beautiful island just hopefully not as hot next time. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed us on our stay, Derek, Katie and Hannah.
Negative: Only thing we found difficult and mostly because of the heat at the time was the walk uphill or downhill to the supermarket, bus stops and beach. It was really quite steep and as it is a very old narrow path it is quite uneven. Some people might find it difficult. Unfortunately we aren't the fittest so with temperatures being so high we found it hard though we did manage and it never stopped us going out. We had weekly bus tickets so walking down toward the beach and taking bus from there a couple of stops was the easiest option and you could get of the supermarket. Also for heading to Ischia Porto. In no way though would it stop us from returning to holiday again, just thought I would mention it for the benefit of people who have difficulty with walking.
Summary: Great hosts, great apartment with a five star view. We loved it...

Positive: Very nice accomodation, increadible view, quiet, clean, nice pool, everything top! And especially, soooo friendly owners of the apartment! Thank you so much Sergio, Patrizia and Sergio junior for everything, we felt safe and welcome and as a small part of italy and your life, awesome! And you made the best Pizza ever, I still dream of it! Best regards also to the two men from the supermarket :-)
Negative: The bed could be a bit more comfortable but maybe next time we will simply bring something to put on top of the hard mattresses :-) but thats not really critics, the accomodation is still 10 points out of 10 without any doubt

Positive: Stunning location with spectacular views. Sergio & Patrizia were fantastic hosts - always available with helpful information and warm smiles.
Negative: The pay off for the spectacular views are the steep hills to get into the village or down to the beach but you soon get used to it and if you can make it down to the beach you can always catch a bus back up into the village and then it's a down hill walk, albeit steep in places, back to the accommodation. We also didn't realise the pool is shared with another apartment but it didn't affect our enjoyment.

Positive: It was the best vacation ever! The location is breathtaking. The view from the terrace is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The apartment had everything, even more than we needed. The pool allowed us to spend lazy time. The owners are amazing! They took care of us every step of the way. We felt like at mom's :) We want to come back for more! Thank you and see you :)
