Positive: The location, ease of access, parking on the street, security.
Negative: The place would definitely deserve a small kitchen unit in the main room. Having to put a toaster on the floor, having to wash the dishes in the bathroom washbasin, that's really not very comfortable. Also, more than half of the wardrobe is occupied by the owner's cleaning equipment and spare bedding. Overall, the place is more than OK for a sleepover, but definitely not ideal for longer stays or if you expect to make yourself breakfasts or snacks.

Positive: We loved the quiet residential location of the property. We enjoy exercising and exploring so the 50 minute walk into Bruges centre wasn't an issue for us, however for those less sprightly or with young children the distance may be an issue. There is a Delhaize supermarket to pick up groceries less than 10 minutes walk from the property which was very handy for fresh pastries for breakfast and a number of restaurants or places to get takeaway food a similar distance.
Negative: Very little really, if I had to be picky the hand soap in the bathroom hadn't been refilled but other than that the apartment was clean and as advertised and we had great communication throughout with our host.

Negative: Both double beds in one room and no real cooking facilities however there was a microwave and coffee machine fridge

Positive: Excellent location, access, privacy, key procedures, comfortable, Wi Fi excellent, parking, close to centre but not in the centre which we take it as a very positive, excellent hosting for the where to park, where to go, where...this and that.
Negative: may to improve....cleaning was present, still, a bin bag from previous stayers was present, the coffee and sugar may to be fill up between stayers, may study a way to facilitate the dishwashing of dishes and cutlery, as needs to be wash in the hand basin.
Summary: I d visit this property again, definitely YES...
