Positive: The neighborhood was very pretty and quiet, beautiful house and landscaping, pool, views, right next to the metro, very nice decor, very private property, family owned, family was very helpful in showing us around and telling us about the nearby town and helped us out on our last day when uber could not find us a driver. Nearby town, L'Eliana, has many nice restaurants, park, playground, and it's easy to walk to. Spain is hot in August so having the pool to plunge into after walking back from dinner was awesome. We had a great time playing on the ping pong table as well. Will definitely stay here next time.

Negative: Don't plan on using uber in this area as it is unreliable. Other options exist with easy to use metro and local taxis. If using taxi, ask the owners for numbers/app.

Positive: The villa was exceptional, very spacious and clean. We had some very happy hours in the lovely pool. Jesus and his mother greeted us at the station as we arrived late in the evening which was appreciated.

Negative: It was as expected so nothing we didnt like. We may have used the barbecue on one or 2 occasions, but the extra 60 euros didnt really warrant it.
