Positive: Good location, great decor, a lot of space for a couple.

Negative: There is no reception, so nobody waiting for us at the check in. We had to call in order to figure out how to get in our room, but they were very quick in answering, so it was fast. The bad part was that in our room, the floor of the bathtub was broken so when showering, all the water went on the floor, and it was a lot of it.

Positive: Great location. Helpful staff. At the moment of our stay, we were the only guests, which made the experience even better.

Negative: The place needs some fixing and repairs, but the conditions were acceptable. Finding the place was not so easy, since there are quite lot similarly looking houses ;)

Summary: For the location and price - it's the king.
