Please note before you book! We want to keep our prices low! Basic rate covers the first 4 guests. Any additional guests will pay $15.00 extra per guest per night at the time of booking. If you need to report any additional guests, must be done and paid for prior to check in. We do monitor the number of guests 100%.
Please be advised that in Casa Vista Verde There is a maximum capability of 6 guests (regardless of having extra beds) visitors are not allowed.
There is a maximum of 2 cars allowed and must be parked on the 2 designated parking’s labeled 101
Please do not throw cigarette butts outside in garden or lawn!
Please follow all rules for the swimming pool.

When Huracán Maria devastated Puerto Rico, Guánica was very Blessed and mostly spared. Guánica basically kept power, water and WI-FI while the rest of Puerto Rico was in chaos.
The only problem was that Maria blew away the power meter that feeds the condo’s swimming pool that all residents use. As we speak, the pool’s power is restored now but the condo administration is planning to reopen it pretty soon, with the typical big fanfare!
Most guests never cared much or even used the pool in Guánica as they travel for the amazing beaches like: Gilligan’s Island, Playa La Jungla, Playa Santa, Playa Tamarindo, Playa Aroma, Playa Atolladora, Playa Ballena Bay, Playa Jaboncillo and many others in Guánica, not to mention the ones in La Parguera, Buye, Boqueron, Playa Sucia, Playa El Combate, and many more!
So in other words, you are booking Casa Vista Verde Guánica mainly because of the swimming pool, please don’t book now as I can’t say exactly when it will get officially re-opened! This is temporarily and as soon as the pool is back open, Casa Vista Verde Guánica will post the announcement on this site!

Cuando el Huracán Maria destruyó a Puerto Rico, Guánica fué Bendecida . casi no fué tocada y basicamente hemos mantenido energia electrica, agua e Internet mientras el resto de la Isla fué devastada y estaba en caos. Maria arrancó el contador de luz que alimentaba el sistema de purificación de la piscina del uso de los residentes y temporeramente no está disponible para el uso.
Es nuestra experiencia que a la gran mayoria de los viajeros no les importaba ni usaban mucho la piscina porque viajan a Guánica principalmente atraidos por las maravillosas playas como: Gilligan’s Island, Playa La Jungla, Playa Santa, Playa Tamarindo, Playa Aroma, Playa Atolladora, Playa Ballena Bay, Playa Jaboncillo and otras más en Guánica, sin mencionar otras bien cerca como La Parguera, Buyé, Boquerón, Playa Sucia, Playa El Combate, Playita Rosada y muchas otras.
Si usted le interesa Casa Vista Verde Guánica principalmente por la piscina, por favor sepa que no sé cuando instalarán un nuevo contador y no esta dispónible, pero mantenganos en su mente para el futúro. You will be there in the land of chieftain Agueybaná! Better known as "Paraiso Del Eterno Verano" (Eternal Summer Paradise) because you'll never get rained out! Guánica is also known as "El Pueblo de la Amistad" (City of Friendship) and you will find out soon enough why!
