Positive: Great stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and since the place is so airy, we didn't even need the AC at night. We also loved the small, very clean pool!

Negative: Only cold water in tap:)but i know it is standard in nicaragua:)

Positive: Great little spot, pool, cold AC, kitchen with all needed utensils. Lucas and family are so kind! Luis at front desk is an impeccable human.

Negative: A little out of town but not an issue if you rent a moto from Luis at the front desk.

Summary: Clean, relaxing, excellent restaurants a short walk away. Perfect spot!

Positive: Reliable wifi and nice aesthetics. Lucas the host was super sweet and helpful. It’s about 2 miles from the beginners bay break so I would run there in the mornings.

Negative: The AC does make a noise so I didn’t use it at night, but it was super breezy with the fan and windows so it didn’t matter
