Positive: Nice design. Good price. Close to the Main Street. Nice to have a small kitchen for a little breakfast. Ac worked great.
Negative: Communication was a bit challenging sometimes but I feel Eduardo was very busy and did his best to manage. No water at one point but was fixed very quickly when contacting the manager. The cleaning staff could do better with making sure all supplies are stocked. A drying rack would be great to add to the room to dry towels and clothes.
Summary: Great design, comfortable mattress, Ac worked well, good price.

Positive: Great location a short walk from the heart of punta. The road leading up to the property is still under construction so be aware. The apartment was nicely designed and had plenty of light and windows and AC. WiFi was fast. Despite issues mentioned below I felt the value was great and I would stay again if the water issue was fixed.
Negative: Bad communication from the staff, I wasn't told what room I was in or how to get my key until I called (luckily I had internet). My key also stopped working and I had to wait a couple of hours stuck in my room before getting a replacement. Eduardo the staff was very nice but seems like he was busy. Also the water never got hot, which lead to me wasting limited water resources waiting for the temperature to change before realizing I had to take a cold shower.
Summary: Great location, solid apartment, good wifi. No hot water on my stay though.

Positive: Nice design and very spacious room, but it was a bit dirty , and not very comfortable. Also I think there are better options that will give you more, Like more communal spaces, pool, lobby,etc.
Negative: Very spacious indoor area .
Summary: Is ok although I am not sure if I would repeat.

Positive: It’s all new, close to the beach
Negative: The apartment was brand new, but unfortunately not ready for guests yet. When we arrived, there was still construction dust, debris, screws, and even metal splinters on the floor, which didn’t feel safe. The rooftop was unfinished and some things were covered with a plastic sheet. The small pool was not cleaned regularly and the pump only worked occasionally. The road to the property is very rough and steep – taxis cannot drive all the way, so you have to walk the last part. This could be challenging for people with mobility issues. Finally, the whole area is still under construction, so there was constant noise from building work around us. This place might be nice once it’s fully completed, but at the moment it feels too early to rent out.
